Hello! My name is Farah. I began my teaching career in 2018 and have been with Kipinä since its founding year in 2020. Over the years, I have taken on various roles, including lead teacher and level coordinator, and I now serve as the Campus Manager of Kipinä SouthCity. My experience in early childhood education has deepened my passion for creating supportive, engaging, and growth-focused learning environments.

I am currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Industrial Psychology, further exploring how leadership, motivation, and workplace dynamics can support educators in fostering positive and effective learning environments. I am committed to continuous professional growth and strive to create a space where both students and teachers feel encouraged to learn, explore, and improve.
