The hypothetical journey to the jungle fostered an excellent approach to introduce children to wild animals and educate them on their habitat, sounds, characteristics and more. Teachers incorporated fine and gross motor skills, cognitive learning by searching for letter “J” in the jungle and by making the Lion art. This enhanced their social and emotional growth as well. Imagination play helps children develop the skills that enable children to share their thoughts, feelings and ideas.
