At Kipinä, we always put safety first. To make sure that all children, teachers, and staff members are prepared for an emergency, we recently organised a fire drill. 

During the simulation, students were told to leave the school quickly and quietly with their peers and follow their teacher to a designated safe spot outside. The staff members also contributed by supervising the groups of students they were given to watch and ensuring everyone was present. 

Even though the fire drill was simply a rehearsal, everyone engaged and took it seriously. These drills, in our opinion, are essential for both staff and student safety and for preparing for any unanticipated emergencies.
