YOGA PRACTICE WITH THE MAGIC WORD – NAMASTE
? I am calm and peaceful.?♀️ Practicing the Character virtue of Peacefulness thorough Yoga Through yoga, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and stillness, our young students practiced the virtue of “Peacefulness”. While keeping their body and mind in balance, expanding their possibilities. They stayed calm and concentrated by learning different yoga poses.
