The Nursery students of Kipina Kids Surabaya enjoyed an exciting and educational field trip to a pediatric dental clinic, where they learned all about oral health in a fun and engaging way. For many of the children, this was their first time visiting a dentist outside of home, making the experience both new and meaningful. As they entered the clinic, the friendly environment and colorful decorations helped them feel comfortable and eager to explore.

During the visit, the children were introduced to various dental tools and equipment, learning how dentists help keep their teeth healthy and clean. The doctor explained simple concepts such as how to brush properly, why we must take care of our teeth, and which foods help keep our teeth strong. Through hands-on demonstrations and interactive storytelling, the students developed a better understanding of good oral hygiene habits that support their overall growth and development.

The field trip also helped the children build confidence and reduce fear about visiting the dentist. They practiced sitting in the dental chair, listened to the dentist’s explanations, and even received a chance to observe how dental check-ups work. By the end of the visit, the Nursery kids returned to school with new knowledge, greater awareness of personal health, and big smiles on their faces.
