Kipinä Kids Surabaya successfully brought learning beyond the classroom through its inspiring Kidspreneur Day, a special program designed to introduce children to the world of entrepreneurship in a meaningful and engaging way. Through this hands-on experience, students learned the basics of buying and selling, from setting prices and promoting their products to handling simple transactions. More importantly, the activity encouraged confidence, communication skills, problem-solving, creativity, and teamwork as the children proudly took on the role of young business owners.

The event featured a vibrant mini market where students sold a variety of Indonesian traditional foods, celebrating local culinary heritage while practicing real-life business skills. In addition, they showcased and sold their own art and craft creations, carefully made during classroom activities. One of the most exciting highlights was the class project auction, where collaborative artworks created by the students were auctioned to parents. The joyful atmosphere, filled with enthusiasm and encouragement, allowed children to see the direct impact of their effort, creativity, and collaboration.

What made this Kidspreneur Day truly special was its purpose beyond profit. All proceeds from the sales and auction were donated to Rumah Pasien Indonesia, supporting families who need medical assistance. Through this initiative, Kipinä Kids Surabaya demonstrated its commitment not only to academic and life skills development, but also to nurturing empathy, generosity, and social responsibility. It was a beautiful reminder that when children are given the opportunity to learn with heart and purpose, they can create a meaningful impact on their community.
