Little Aviators in Action: Flight Attendants & Pilots Pretend Play Day ✈️

Created On: March, 1st 2026. At KIPINA Kids Kelapa Gading 1, we believe that children learn best through meaningful play. This week, our classrooms transformed into a mini airport filled with excitement, imagination, and joyful learning as our little learners stepped into the roles of pilots and flight attendants.

Ready for Take-Off!

Dressed in pilot hats and flight attendant scarves, the children began their journey with a fun “pre-flight briefing.” Through this pretend play experience, they explored:

The roles and responsibilities of pilots and flight attendants
The importance of teamwork and communication
Basic in-flight safety procedures
How airports and airplanes work

This activity was more than just dress-up—it was a powerful learning experience that encouraged confidence, leadership, creativity, and communication skills.

Boarding Time!

During the role-play session, the children:

Welcomed “passengers” warmly
Checked boarding passes
Made simple flight announcements using a toy microphone
Demonstrated basic safety instructions

Meanwhile, our little pilots guided the “airplane,” learning about direction, weather, and the responsibility of leading a flight safely to its destination.

Learning Through Play

This pretend play activity supported multiple areas of development:

✨ Fine & Gross Motor Skills – handling props, moving through the “cabin,” and acting out roles
