Kipina SouthCity recently held a meaningful Nanny Development Program with the theme Positive Communication with Children, attended warmly by the caregivers. The session focused on the importance of building strong emotional connections with children through kind words, active listening, and positive responses. Participants enthusiastically joined discussions and shared their daily experiences in caring for the children, creating a supportive and engaging atmosphere.
