Created On: April, 15th 2026. At Kipinä Kids Kelapa Gading 1, learning is always filled with joy and meaningful exploration! In our Bears Nursery 1 class, the children recently engaged in a fun and interactive water play activity while learning about the letter “W.”

Through this hands-on experience, the children explored floating foam letters in a sensory water bin. They were excited to find and recognize the letter W among other letters, turning learning into a playful discovery. Using cups and scoops, the children poured, splashed, and moved the water while picking up letters—strengthening both their fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
This activity also encouraged early literacy development, as children began to associate the shape and sound of the letter W in a fun and engaging way. The water play not only sparked curiosity but also helped improve their focus, social interaction, and confidence as they explored together.
In addition, sensory play like this supports children’s cognitive development by allowing them to experiment, problem-solve, and express themselves freely. The classroom was filled with laughter and excitement as each child participated actively and joyfully.
At Kipinä Kids, we believe that children learn best through play-based and experiential learning—where every activity is designed to nurture their development holistically.
🌈 Learning is fun, especially when it involves splashing, discovering, and growing together!
