My name is Eliza, and I currently serve as the Campus Manager of Kipinä Kids Surabaya. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education, majoring in Preschool Education, and have completed academic units toward a Master’s in Educational Management. With thirteen years of experience in the field, spanning roles as a preschool teacher, academic coordinator, and curriculum planner. I’ve had the opportunity to work in the Philippines, Singapore, and the United States.

Beyond the classroom, I’ve led professional development sessions for educators and workshops for parents, all of which have deepened my belief in accessible, inclusive, and meaningful education for every child.

Teaching is my passion. I believe every child’s voice deserves to be heard and respected, and that strong parent-teacher communication is essential to their growth. I’m honored to be part of this community and look forward to working together to nurture and empower our children to reach their fullest potential.
