Created On: June, 1st 2026. At Foxes Baby Class, we believe that some of the best learning experiences happen beyond the classroom. Our little learners recently enjoyed an exciting field trip to Pizza Marzano, where they had the opportunity to explore a real restaurant environment and experience the joy of becoming little chefs for a day.

The children were warmly welcomed and introduced to the pizza-making process, allowing them to observe how pizzas are prepared before creating their own. Filled with excitement and curiosity, they eagerly participated in spreading sauce, choosing toppings, and decorating their pizzas. This hands-on activity encouraged children to make independent choices while expressing their creativity through food.

Throughout the experience, the children engaged in rich sensory exploration as they touched the soft pizza dough, observed the colorful ingredients, smelled the delicious aromas, and later enjoyed tasting their creations. These meaningful sensory experiences help children build connections between what they see, feel, smell, and taste, supporting their overall cognitive development.

The pizza-making activity also supported the development of fine motor skills as children carefully picked up ingredients, sprinkled toppings, and used their hands to create their pizzas. Simple actions such as grasping, pinching, and placing ingredients help strengthen hand muscles and improve hand-eye coordination, which are important foundations for future skills such as writing and self-care tasks.
