KIPINA Surabaya recently held an earthquake drill to help our children learn how to stay safe.
With recent earthquake activity in Indonesia, it is important for everyone to be prepared.
Children learned that earthquakes happen when there is sudden movement beneath the Earth’s surface.
During the drill, they practiced Drop, Cover, and Hold On.
They also learned to stay calm, listen to their teachers, and move safely after the shaking stops.
