Creative Exploration: Bringing Stories to Life
Our little learners at Kipina Kids Kelapa Gading 1 enjoyed an exciting adventure inspired by The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle! Through our Creative Exploration activity, the children brought this beloved story to life through playful movement, sensory experiences, and imaginative discovery.
The adventure began as the children crawled through colourful fruits, just like the hungry caterpillar searching for food. This fun activity helped strengthen their gross motor skills, coordination, and body awareness while encouraging active exploration.
The excitement continued with a playful ball-shooting activity, where the children practised their aiming skills, developed hand-eye coordination, and built confidence with every attempt. At the caterpillar sensory tray, they explored different textures and materials, stimulating their senses and nurturing their natural curiosity.
Through movement, sensory play, and imagination, our little explorers discovered that learning can be a wonderful adventure when stories come to life! At Kipina Kids, we believe that hands-on experiences encourage children to explore their surroundings, develop essential skills, and discover the joy of learning through play.
