Ms. Elfa is an accomplished educator with more than 15 years of experience in early childhood education. A graduate of English Literature and a certified HAMK professional, she brings both academic strength and practical expertise to her work. As one of Kipinä’s founding teachers, Ms. Elfa has played a vital role in shaping the school’s culture and values. Her leadership journey includes two years as a Coordinator and another two years as Deputy Campus Manager for the Kindergarten level. Her deep understanding of early childhood education, commitment to continuous growth, and strong leadership make her well-prepared to take on the role of Campus Manager with confidence and care.
